Without limiting the foregoing, you are hereby given notice, and you hereby understand and agree that all booking arrangements for other parties, transportation of conveyances, and other arrangements made here, are made solely on the basis of a statement that we (BALIROUNDTRIPS) shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, assistance, damage, problem or irregularity which may occur either for reasons of defeating in an vehicle, or through the actions, permissions, or defaults of some or people involved in this violation.
